Processing Time

All orders are subject to a 12-24 hour processing time. This processing time is separate from the shipping time and starts from the moment we receive your order until it is dispatched from our warehouse. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays may take longer to process

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment on the USPS website.

International Shipping

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
